If you contact the hospital using the published telephone numbers or address, the information you give is handled by the clinical team that receives it, for the purpose of arranging your care.
Clinical photographs
Photographs taken for treatment planning or to judge change over a course are clinical records. They are taken with your consent, stored as part of your record, and used for your treatment rather than for anything else unless you agree separately in writing. You may withdraw consent for any optional use at any time.
Your choices
You may ask what information is held about you and how it is used, ask for copies of your records, and ask for a correction where something is wrong. Requests are handled through the hospital's patient service channels.
